About

One team that coordinates your whole payment stack.

Data Plus is an independent agent of CardConnect, a Fiserv company. We pair CardConnect processing with Clover or PAX hardware and custom integrations, coordinated by one team. Any software, hardware, gateway or third-party charges are itemized in your written proposal.

What we believe

Honest numbers. Every fee in writing.

01

Your statement should explain itself.

Every line on a merchant statement has a name and a reason. Interchange generally flows to the issuing bank; card-brand assessments are separate network fees; processor and other fees vary by agreement, and we put ours in writing before you sign anything.

02

One team for processing, hardware, and integrations.

When your terminal goes down at 6 p.m. on a Friday, you shouldn't have to call three different companies. We coordinate the merchant account, the Clover or PAX device, and the connection to your CRM or books — and there's one point of contact for all of it.

03

We don’t hold your money.

Funds are settled to your designated bank account according to your merchant agreement. Data Plus does not hold merchant funds or deposits. We are compensated by CardConnect as an independent agent, not with a cut of your deposits.

How we work

One team across pricing, integrations and onboarding.

Pricing & statement review

We review your current statements, explain each fee category and prepare a written proposal. Pricing is always subject to underwriting.

Integrations

We scope how your payment data can connect to the tools you use, such as your CRM, accounting or online store. Every integration is subject to technical review.

Merchant onboarding

We guide you from signed agreement to first transaction: underwriting documentation, hardware shipment and check-ins as agreed in your onboarding plan. Typical timing varies based on underwriting, documentation, hardware availability, integration scope and testing.
